And I’m glad you’re here!
You didn’t land here by accident. Something in you knew it was time to pause, to listen, and to come back to yourself.
My own path to finding center wasn’t linear. I began my career as a geochemist, then earned a Master’s in Education and spent over a decade teaching advanced chemistry to high-trauma youth. That work changed me. It was the first place—outside my own life—where I saw clear, repeating patterns of anxiety, depression, ADD, and ADHD playing out in real time. Smart, capable people living in a constant state of internal override.
It was also where I survived my second major burnout.
What I couldn’t unsee was this: people were going against their own inner knowing—daily, sometimes hourly—in the name of expectations, productivity, and “doing what they should.” The cost showed up as anxiety, exhaustion, emotional numbness, and a deep sense of internal dissonance.
As a chemist, something else became impossible to ignore.
It isn’t the matter - the "stuff" - that matters most—it’s the energy in between.
In chem class, I taught that reactions don’t happen because of substances alone, but because of the energies between them. The same is true for humans.
How does the energy in your body feel?
The energy in your your environment?
Between you and the roles you occupy every day? (and yes, you play so many roles each day!)
What I eventually realized is that what we call “energy work” isn’t mystical at all. It follows the same principles we learn in science—regulation, equilibrium, resistance, adaptation, frequency and wavelength— applied to the human nervous system.
My own blocks weren’t a lack of knowledge. They were misunderstandings about energy and a very human resistance to doing uncomfortable work.
Our biology is designed to keep us safe, not fulfilled. Familiar patterns—even unhealthy ones—often feel safer than change.
Let me say this now: you're not bad at meditating or just "someone who can't meditate", you haven't been taught how to calm your nervous system so that you can experience stillness, come back to your essence, and move into your most aligned and elevated self.
This is where my work lives.
I blend active meditation, positive psychology, and nervous system regulation to help women gently step out of survival mode and back into alignment with themselves. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping your system feel safe enough to tell the truth—and then supporting you as you live from it.
If you’re ready to devote yourself back to yourself, to rediscover the clarity and steadiness that come from self-trust, you’re in the right place.
I recommend starting with a drop-in Weekly Reset—just a toe in the water.
The space is calm, inclusive, non-judgmental, and deeply supportive. You don’t have to share. You don’t have to perform. You just get to arrive.
This is a place to be held.
A place to regulate.
A place to come home.
I’ll see you there, love.
With peace,
Nicole

A gentle place to land.
A powerful place to return to yourself.
The Weekly Reset is a live, guided active meditation experience designed for women who carry a lot—mentally, emotionally, energetically—and are ready to put some of it down.
This is not silent meditation.
This is not positive-thinking or “just breathe through it.”
This is active meditation blended with positive psychology, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation—so your body can actually receive the rest your mind has been asking for.

A grounded, guided return to yourself.
The Still Point is a one-hour, private session designed to help you step out of mental noise, emotional overwhelm, and chronic tension—and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and internal steadiness.
This is not traditional meditation, and it’s not talk therapy.
These sessions blend active meditation, mindfulness practices, and nervous system regulation to support your body and mind in doing what they are already designed to do: return to balance when given the right conditions.
Rather than asking you to silence your thoughts or “fix” your feelings, The Still Point works with your biology—gently guiding your nervous system out of survival mode and into a state of safety and regulation.
From this place, clarity naturally follows.
I work primarily with women who are high-functioning, deeply capable, and quietly exhausted—those who look “fine” on the outside while their nervous system is working overtime.
I have been known to work with teens and children with ADD/ADHD/Anxiety disorder, however, I have found it far more nourishing to teach the momma, who can then guide her child through their own nervous system regulation, and deepen their bond.
This isn’t therapy, coaching, or traditional meditation—it’s a regulated, embodied practice that meets you where you actually are., holding you all the way through, and inviting you to the version of you that you deeply desire to be.
Nicole uses a foundation of nervous system regulation through active meditation, mindfulness practices, and positive psychology coaching to support anxiety, depression, and ADD/ADHD regulation—helping women return to themselves, cultivate self-love, and watch their lives flourish in ways they hadn’t dared to imagine.
